Youth Development Professionals (YDP)

The Youth Development Professional (YDP) is responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of programs and activities offered to the members of the Club, including programs that focus on academic achievement, healthy lifestyles and good character and citizenship. The YDP encourages a high level of participation in positive youth development programs. The YDP works under the direction of the Program Director.

Volunteer Positions

If you are interested in volunteering, or getting community service hours for high school, BGC can meet your needs. Volunteers needed for tutoring, events, academics and sports.

To become a volunteer:

2. Complete and print

3. Bring to BGC (615 W. 15th Street) with proof of ID, and Social Security card.

BOARD AND COMMITTIES

 A majority of the success of the Club depends on the support and activity generated by the Board of Directors.  The Club counts on its Board members for ideas, feedback, support and revenue generation.

The goal of the Board is to increase organization revenue, engage a diverse group of volunteer leaders, increase the organization’s capacity for growth, expand our reach, and build our brand.
