Facility Rental Information
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Merced County has state of the art facilites located near in downtown Merced. Our facilities are available to rent throughout the year, and offer a gymnasium, full commercial kitchen and community rooms. We also offer a small outdoor area and generous parking.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Merced County is a private, non-profit 501c3 organization that provides youth development activities, programs and mentoring for youth ages six to eighteen. Because we are open to youth almost every day in the after school and early evening hours, it is less likely that we will be able to accommodate your needs during these hours. As a private corporation we do charge fees to generate revenue for our youth programs and for upkeep of the facilities.
To inquire about the use and rental of one of our Facilities, please call at 209-722-9922. Once the rental packet is acquired please read through all of our rental policies carefully to ensure that you understand and agree to the terms of the rental. Once your completed rental packet is received in our Administrative Office, you will be contacted within 5 business days to make an appointment with our Administrative Team. At this appointment, we will review our policies, give you a Club Tour, and go over all of the fees, due dates, and collect the mandatory $500 security deposit to reserve your rental date.
